Seabean Cottage was completed in 2001 and is owned by Dr. and Mrs. Arthur Boyd of Mamaroneck, New York. Located on the beautiful and peaceful island of Exuma in the Bahamas, one mile from Georgetown, this charming and immaculate cottage has two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. All rooms have a splendid view of the private beach. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances including a microwave and dishwasher.

Other amenities include air conditioning, washer & dryer, satellite TV, VCR, Stereo with CD player, ceiling fans, kingsize beds. The lower level of the house has a covered porch while the upper level has a large wraparound deck with a screened-in portion.

During your stay, a housekeeper will visit once a week to ensure your comfort.

To fully enjoy Seabean Cottage, you will need to stay for a minimum of one week. The house will sleep up to four people comfortably. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed, no exceptions.
